Service Description

As you would expect, this service will ensure your wheel is trued to the correct standard for the type of wheel that it is. We will also ensure the wheel dish is correct. WHAT IS WHEEL DISH? If you look at your bicycle from the rear, "wheel dish" is the left or right movement of the rim, relative to the axle. The objective of course is to ensure the rim is in the center, so that it doesn't rub on your frame or brakes - and it is this that we will check and correct if required. We will also provide you with the spoke tensions (before and after), so that you are able to see for yourself where the problems were, and of course, how it we fixed it. GREASED UP ensures that all of our servicing is completely transparent, and this is one approach we take to ensure that this is the case.
